Built from the same 10.2-million-point LIDAR scan behind the House Scan page. Pipeline: statistical outlier removal → normal estimation → screened Poisson surface reconstruction (Kazhdan, depth 11) → trim by sample density → crop to the neighbourhood of real points → decimate to ~2M faces → single glTF binary, coloured per-vertex straight from the scan (no texture atlas). The scan was captured looking mostly downward, so wall surfaces tucked under the roof overhang are incomplete, and dense foliage reconstructs as rounded blobs — both are limits of the capture, not the reconstruction.

Detail switches between the full Poisson mesh; a detailed model (the reconstruction cropped to the house and decimated to ~16k faces — keeps the real roof pitches, ridges and vents); a massing model (the traced footprint extruded to wall height with a simplified hip roof, ~160 faces); and a box (the footprint's bounding rectangle, ~14 faces). The detailed / massing / box levels cover only the house, not the yard. Compare with the photogrammetry House Mesh and the House Splat.
